Description

The increasing complexity of the problems faced by an organization in achieving its objectives requires the organization to optimize its human resources. The existence of qualified human resources of an organization can be expected to answer the challenges of increased globalization. Performance appraisal aims to maintain performance, improve, and encourage employees to improve productivity in the work. Through the performance appraisal, the company can determine the extent of the attitudes and behavior of employees, the successful implementation of the tasks of employees (work achievement) and the potential development that has been done.

Improvement of workability of its human resources should receive serious attention from the organization. If work performance is quite good, then the employee will be given an award or reward in the form of an increase in income or career positions.
