Definition

The function and task of financial management is one of the interests in management that plans, implements and controls the utilization of financial resources in entity activities efficiently and effectively, in integrated cooperation with other functions. The existing system in financial management must be able to provide benefits in the form of: understanding financial reports, Measuring the liquidity of a business, Analyzing business profitability, Making budgets, Measuring productivity, Calculating Return On Investment (ROI), Calculating capital costs, Calculating the value of a business. This training will provide an understanding of financial management as its function in maintaining and ensuring the smooth running of the company’s operational activities.
