Root Cause Analysis is a method of analysis to find the true root cause of an event, and one technique that can be used is the Fish Bone Diagram (FBD). After knowing the root of the problem, it is necessary to take appropriate corrective action. This training will provide a deeper understanding of the problem analysis steps in the company using Root Cause Analysis along with the completion steps.
