Descriptions

The government has enacted legislation in the field of manpower, namely Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. UU no. 13 of 2003, among others, regulates PKWT, PP, and PKB. The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower also issued Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. 48 of 2004 concerning Procedures for Making and Ratification of Company Regulations and Registration of Collective Labor Agreements. In carrying out work ties and regulations between the company and prospective workers or workers, the company in preparing PKWT, PP, and PKB refers to the laws and regulations in the field of employment.

 

Objectives

This PKWT, PP, and PKB Preparation Training were held for 2 days which generally aims to help the HRD of the Department by providing knowledge and techniques when conducting PKWT, PP, and PKB preparation following Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the Minister of Manpower Decree No. 48 of 2004 concerning Procedures for Making and Ratification of Company Regulations and Registration of Collective Labor Agreements.
