Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an information system based on spatial data and represent objects on earth. The GIS itself in information technology is a tool which helps in storing the data, process the data, analyze the data, managing data and presenting information. GIS is a computerized system that helps in the maintenance of data about the environment in the field of geographic (De Bay, 2002). The GIS always had a relationship with the disciplines of Geography; it has a relationship with the discipline relating to those in the earth’s surface, including the planning and architecture of the area (Longley, 2001). Data in GIS consists of two components, namely spatial data related to the geometry of spatial and data attributes that provide information about the spatial shape (Chang, 2002). According to these opinions can be understood that the contents of activity in the field of The GIS is an integration of the diverse scientific fields based on the allocation of the GIS activities carried out. Implementation of these activities does not necessarily refer to the inclusion of computers as one element in the information system.

Information systems or spatial data-based at this time is one of the most important elements because it serves as the foundation for implementing and supporting a wide range of applications. For example in the field of environment, development planning, layout, transportation management, irrigation, mineral resources, and social and economic, etc. Therefore, a wide range of organizations and institutions want to obtain spatial data which consistent, available and has good accessibility. Especially those associated with forwarding planning, geographical data is still considered expensive and take a long time to produce (Rajabidfard, A. and I.P. Williamson 2000). Last few years, many countries have invested in development activities and the development of information systems. Especially in the use, storage, process, analyze and disseminate the views and information.
