Coaching is also growing as a natural form of leadership. Coaching helps retention staff, and staff retention is a good management function and good leadership skills. Coaching is increasingly recognized as a methodology for creating more effective conversations, to assess and formulate values and goals and achieve solutions. Coaching is not an alternative to address performance problems or integrity or last chance opportunity to perform but is a form of individual stretches – make successful people become better, moves them to the potential level of the higher self. This training will provide knowledge for the personnel involved as a coach in the company to be more optimal when appearing in a coaching activity.
