Description

Each company must implement a CSR or in Indonesian means a corporate social responsibility. This because has a big influence on the company’s image to the public. Standard ISO 26000 will be a reference to the best practice in the field of social responsibility for companies in the private and public sectors by considering social, environmental, legal, cultural, political and organizational diversity, including consideration of economic aspects.

ISO 26000 is the reference standard of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which specifically focuses on social responsibility. ISO 26000 was prepared specifically as a global standard that applies internationally as a reference for companies who are committed to forming the future of responsible business. Standard ISO 26000 will be a perspectives foundation on the concept and application of Social Responsibility (SR), various issues that need to be examined in the framework of the operational business which responsible and a variety of best practices in order to implement this standard Social Responsibility. Standard reference of ISO 26000 aims to provide practical support related to the operationalization of social responsibility, identification, and inclusion of stakeholders in community programs, and efforts to improve the credibility and image of the statements and claims of the company’s activities which are oriented to social responsibility.
