Each company must have external relationships with partners. The relationship is expected to produce something that is beneficial for both parties. One main goal of the company is to build a partnership with all its stakeholders in order to achieve the strategic goals of the company. Should be the company is able to establish initiatives that creative in order to build partnerships with surrounding communities for a wide diversity of organizations, agencies, citizens, and public figures in order to reach mutual understanding and respect among the parties that ultimately will facilitate the process of development and empowerment community. This training will provide insight into external partnerships as well as optimizing the company’s ability to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
