Every company or entrepreneur wants loyalty from customers. Because of the presence of that customer loyalty, companies and entrepreneurs could earn and for the continuity of its business. Actually, a company can be said to be successful if customers loyal owned increased. The converse if that fails then owned loyal customers decreases. This shows that the company is able to manage customer expectations so that eventually they are ‘close’, ‘feel jibe’, and ‘feel comfortable’. But that does not mean that there are loyal customers who will not turn. Someday they can decide to move to competitors who offer ‘value’ for the better.
