Descriptions

There is no eternal culture of all time, at least if it does not annihilate definitely experienced improvement. A dynamic culture is a culture that is an improvement, to meet the demand of perfection even to eliminate the culture deemed obsolete replaced by new, more perfect culture.

A company with a culture that is dynamic, always dig into things that are beneficial for the company, to make improvements that are not supportive of efficiency, effectiveness, improve economic performance, everything is evaluated taken new measures suitable to be applied in the company.

For a newly established company is certainly still in the form and in adaptation. Management has set a cultural framework but usually still not perfect, for example, the guidelines/rules, how to care tool, serving stakeholders, serve customers and so on.  A newly established company is required to always be agiler in order to enhance the cultural system balanced with the activity of the company attempts to not having problems in the system. Likewise, for companies that have been established for improving the situations are always evaluating. The corporate culture is required to have formidable resistance ability, therefore, the culture therein constructed in such a way that afford competitively.
