Wherever we are, it will be sure to find a conflict. Conflict is not being inevitable in any organization. It can be said a conflict is “spice” that could be created through a change in the organization. Organizations also face the fact that they do not always must continue to grow. At this time the organization’s environment is always changing every time, organizations are aware of this dynamic state will be more sensitive to any changes that occur outside of the organization as compared to organizations that do not care about the environment changes. With such sensitivity, the organization will not only hold the reaction faster but anticipate adjusting the goals, strategies, policies, tactics and organizational design and structure of the changed situation. Good organization is an organization that is looking ahead and preparing for it. Organizations should prepare forecasts and estimates the environmental situation, to make it more responsive and can be prepared in advance to environmental changes.
